Courtyard amphitheatre in yellow steel

A bright yellow line through a courtyard of glass and gold-coloured metal: perforated steel balustrades that follow the amphitheatre steps and the stairs, with small steel side tables set on the treads.
The balustrades are perforated steel sheet in welded frames with a continuous handrail, so they stay light to the eye and let the courtyard show through. Steel boxes along the balustrade runs, side tables on the treads and end panels share the same yellow, which ties the whole piece together.

Scope of supply
A balustrade you can see through.
Perforated sheet keeps the balustrade light. From a distance it reads as a coloured screen, up close you see the steps and the people behind it.
The top line follows the slope of the seating, so the panels step down with the amphitheatre.
Boxes, side tables and end panels were made in the same steel and colour, so the amphitheatre reads as one object rather than a set of parts.
