On a Dubai project the furniture and metalwork are specified by the designer, bought by the main or fit-out contractor and signed off by the developer or the operator. We work with all three on one set of drawings, from the priced bill of quantities to the documents for your submittal.

Kemelin Partners, an architecture bureau founded in London, designed the business centre lobby in Moscow that we made the metalwork and furniture for. Their drawings came to us through the fit-out contractor, and we turned them into shop drawings for all eighteen pieces.

For a residential complex we made the lift portal surrounds for the general contractor, each to its own measured opening and delivered in protective film. For a lobby we shipped in two lots so installation could start with the reception desk.

One contract for metal and upholstery. Frames are welded in our metal workshop and upholstered in our own factory, so there is no interface between two suppliers to manage.
Shipments planned around your programme. Lots are split so installation can start where you need it first.
Sized to pass doors and stairwells. Large frames are made knock-down to pass standard doors and stairwells, and finished metal leaves the workshop in protective film.
Contract with LLC Karlson. A Russian company working under a written contract, with the warranty and lead time stated in it.
